Shipping

Orders ship from Auckland within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves.

• New Zealand: $6 flat, or free on orders over $75. Usually 1–3 business days.
• Rural NZ: add 1–2 business days.
• Australia: $15 flat. Usually 5–8 business days.

Returns and exchanges

Change your mind within 30 days and we'll swap it or refund it, as long as the bottle is unused and still in its gift box. Message us first and we'll send a return label.

If anything arrives damaged or isn't right, tell us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it straight away.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the bottle reaching us.
